As I am new to Nistune, I just "synced" and wrote the program to ECU. But I did turn off the car (which turns power off to the ECU) several times. Which means the ECU didn't have the correct program in it (base 370CC factory single pop). Since it would only be receiving half the signal because of dual pop, I think it had no clue what was going on. I have now "burned" the 740CC program into ECU as per the instruction (sheesh, what a concept, reading instructions) and I will report back the next time I get a chance to work on the car (Thursday night).
